Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

How to Return:

Our dedicated P.O.G. service team is available 24/7 at sales@powerofglory.com to assist with all refund inquiries and customer support needs.

Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include your order number and a brief note stating the reason for your return.

Shipping: Send your package to the address provided in your return confirmation email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items:

• Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please check product descriptions for details.
