Exchange/Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.powerofgloryclothing.com. We demand that you are fully satisfied with your online purchase with us and we are here to help.

Exchange:  If you are exchanging your item(s), please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days to avoid being charged a restocking fee of 15%. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item(s) for exchange. If items are defective in anyway other than the original form from when it was originally shipped, we will charge a 20% fee or full price and shipping for the defective product. We will notify you 3-5 business days on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item(s). If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the shipping process, so you can get your return ASAP.

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you 3-5 business days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free.
